It just occurred to me, giving #cats their own cat sized version of a thing their person is using (toy laptop, mini prayer mat or yoga mat, etc) is a very common thing... But has anyone made a fake laptop with a heating pad in it, since that warmth is part of what draws the cat to sit on it in the first place?
